  • Center AI: Yapay zeka destekli çağrı merkezi çözümü

Spiron Technology is a technology company developing AI-based voice technologies. Our website provides information about our company, products, and services. Main products offered:

  • SynVoi: AI-powered voice authentication and deepfake detection solution
  • Center AI: AI-powered call center solution

Web sitemizdeki tüm içerikler (metin, grafik, logo, ikon, görsel, ses, yazılım ve diğer materyaller) Spiron Technology'nin mülkiyetindedir ve Türk Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu ile uluslararası telif hakkı yasaları tarafından korunmaktadır.

İçeriklerimiz önceden yazılı izin alınmadan kopyalanamaz, çoğaltılamaz, dağıtılamaz, yayınlanamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanılamaz.

All content on our website (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and other materials) is the property of Spiron Technology and is protected by Turkish Intellectual Property Law and international copyright laws.

6. Ürün ve Hizmet Kullanımı6. Product and Service Usage

SynVoi ve Center AI gibi ürünlerimizin kullanımı, ilgili ürün için ayrıca belirlenen kullanım koşullarına ve lisans sözleşmelerine tabidir. Bu ürünlerin kullanımı için ayrı sözleşmeler düzenlenebilir.

The use of our products such as SynVoi and Center AI is subject to the terms of use and license agreements separately determined for each product. Separate agreements may be drawn up for the use of these products.

6a. Çevrimiçi Demo Kullanımı6a. Use of the Online Demo

Çevrimiçi demo, SynVoi'nin yeteneklerini göstermek amacıyla sunulan değerlendirme amaçlı bir araçtır. Erişim onaya bağlıdır ve kişiseldir; hesabınızı, kurtarma kodlarınızı veya doğrulayıcı sırrınızı başkasıyla paylaşamazsınız.

Demoya yüklediğiniz ses bakımından şunları taahhüt edersiniz:

  • Sesi yüklemeye ve analiz ettirmeye hukuken yetkili olduğunuzu — ses size ait değilse, ilgili kişinin bilgisi ve rızası dâhilinde hareket ettiğinizi
  • Yasa dışı yolla elde edilmiş, gizli dinleme ürünü ya da üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal eden kayıt yüklemeyeceğinizi
  • Sistemi kötüye kullanmayacağınızı: otomatik toplu istek, tersine mühendislik, güvenlik önlemlerini aşma girişimi ve benzeri davranışlarda bulunmayacağınızı

Analiz sonucu olasılıksal bir değerlendirmedir; kesin hüküm veya delil niteliği taşımaz. Bu sürümde karar eşikleri taslak durumdadır. Sonuca dayanarak alacağınız kararların sorumluluğu size aittir; hukuki, adli veya ticari bir sonuç doğuracak kararlarda tek başına kullanılmamalıdır.

Kotalar, kısıtlar ve erişim hakkı önceden bildirim yapılmaksızın değiştirilebilir; kötüye kullanım hâlinde erişiminiz kapatılabilir.

The online demo is an evaluation tool provided to showcase SynVoi's capabilities. Access is subject to approval and is personal; you may not share your account, recovery codes or authenticator secret with anyone else.

Regarding any audio you submit, you undertake that:

  • You are legally entitled to upload and analyse it — and where the voice is not yours, that you act with the knowledge and consent of the person concerned
  • You will not upload unlawfully obtained recordings, covert interceptions, or material infringing third-party rights
  • You will not abuse the system: automated bulk requests, reverse engineering, attempts to bypass security controls, and the like

The result is a probabilistic assessment; it is not a definitive ruling or legal evidence. Decision thresholds are draft in this release. You remain responsible for any decision you take based on the result, and it must not be relied upon alone where legal, forensic or commercial consequences follow.

Quotas, limits and access rights may change without prior notice, and access may be revoked in case of abuse.

Spiron Technology, bu Kullanım Koşullarını önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Değişiklikler web sitesinde yayınlandığı tarihte yürürlüğe girer. Güncel koşulları düzenli olarak kontrol etmeniz önerilir.

Spiron Technology reserves the right to change these Terms of Service without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website. It is recommended that you regularly check the current terms.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Yetki9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir. Bu koşullardan doğan uyuşmazlıklarda İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri yetkilidir.

These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
