Spiron Technology ("Şirket"), kullanıcılarının gizliliğine büyük önem vermektedir. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, web sitemizi (spiron.io) ve hizmetlerimizi kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını, saklandığını ve korunduğunu açıklamaktadır.

Spiron Technology ("Company") places great importance on the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use our website (spiron.io) and services.

2. Toplanan Veriler2. Data Collected

Web sitemizi ziyaret ettiğinizde aşağıdaki veriler toplanabilir:

  • İletişim bilgileri: Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi (iletişim formu aracılığıyla)
  • Teknik veriler: IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, işletim sistemi, ziyaret edilen sayfalar
  • Çerez verileri: Tema tercihi (koyu/açık mod), dil tercihi, çerez onay durumu
  • Ses verisi: Yalnızca çevrimiçi demoyu kullanmanız hâlinde, demo kapsamında tarafınızca yüklenen veya kaydedilen ses dosyaları. Demoyu kullanmadığınız sürece hiçbir ses verisi toplanmaz.

The following data may be collected when you visit our website:

  • Contact information: Name, surname, email address (via contact form)
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited
  • Cookie data: Theme preference (dark/light mode), language preference, cookie consent status
  • Voice data: Only if you use the online demo — audio files you upload or record within the demo. No voice data is collected unless you use the demo.

Toplanan kişisel veriler aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanılmaktadır:

  • Web sitesi deneyiminizi kişiselleştirmek (tema ve dil tercihleri)
  • Web sitesi performansını analiz etmek ve iyileştirmek
  • Yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek
  • Çevrimiçi demoyu kullanmanız hâlinde, gönderdiğiniz sesin sentetik olup olmadığını analiz edip sonucu size göstermek

Personal data collected is used for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your contact requests
  • Personalizing your website experience (theme and language preferences)
  • Analyzing and improving website performance
  • Fulfilling our legal obligations
  • If you use the online demo, analysing whether the audio you submit is synthetic and showing you the result

4a. Çevrimiçi Demo ve Ses Verisi4a. Online Demo and Voice Data

Demoya erişim onaya bağlıdır ve giriş iki aşamalıdır: e-posta adresinize gönderilen tek kullanımlık kod ya da Google hesabınız (1. aşama) ve doğrulayıcı uygulamanızdaki kod (2. aşama).

Ses kayıtları saklanmaz. Yüklediğiniz veya mikrofonla kaydettiğiniz ses yalnızca analiz süresince sunucu belleğinde tutulur, analiz biter bitmez silinir. Diske yazılmaz, yedeklenmez, model eğitiminde kullanılmaz ve üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz. Kayıtlarımızda yalnızca sonucun kendisi (skor, hüküm, süre) kalır — ses içermez.

Analiz başlatılmadan önce ekranda açık rızanız alınır. Rıza vermeden demo kullanılamaz; rızanızı dilediğiniz an geri alabilirsiniz.

Demo sunucusu Google Cloud'un Almanya (Frankfurt) bölgesindedir. Ayrıntı için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni.

Demo access is subject to approval and sign-in is two-step: a one-time code sent to your email or your Google account (step 1), and the code from your authenticator app (step 2).

Audio is not retained. Whatever you upload or record is held in server memory only for the duration of the analysis and deleted as soon as it ends. It is never written to disk, backed up, used for model training or shared with third parties. Only the result (score, verdict, duration) remains in our records — it contains no audio.

Your explicit consent is collected on screen before any analysis starts. The demo cannot be used without consent, and you may withdraw it at any time.

The demo server is in Google Cloud's Germany (Frankfurt) region. See the KVKK Disclosure Text for details.

4. Çerez Politikası4. Cookie Policy

Web sitemiz aşağıdaki çerezleri kullanmaktadır:

  • Zorunlu çerezler: Tema tercihi ve dil ayarlarınızı saklamak için localStorage kullanılır.
  • Çerez onayı: Çerez tercihlerinizi hatırlamak için localStorage kullanılır.

Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri: Web sitemiz üçüncü taraf CDN kullanmaz; tüm yazı tipleri ve arayüz bileşenleri kendi sunucumuzda barındırılır (harici istek yapılmaz).

Our website uses the following cookies:

  • Essential cookies: localStorage is used to store your theme preference and language settings.
  • Cookie consent: localStorage is used to remember your cookie preferences.

Third-party services: Our website does not use third-party CDNs; all fonts and interface components are self-hosted (no external requests).

4b. Kullanılan Çerezler4b. Cookies We Use

Sitenin tanıtım sayfalarında izleme çerezi ya da üçüncü taraf takibi kullanılmaz; yalnızca tema ve dil tercihiniz tarayıcınızın yerel depolamasında tutulur.

Çevrimiçi demoya giriş yaptığınızda iki adet zorunlu çerez kullanılır:

  • spv_session — oturumunuzu tanır. JavaScript tarafından okunamaz (httpOnly), yalnızca HTTPS üzerinden gönderilir, en çok 8 saat geçerlidir.
  • spv_session_csrf — siteler arası istek sahteciliğine (CSRF) karşı koruma sağlar, aynı süreyle sınırlıdır.

Bu iki çerez hizmetin çalışması için zorunludur; reklam veya profilleme amacı taşımaz. Çıkış yaptığınızda ikisi de silinir.

No tracking cookies or third-party tracking are used on the marketing pages; only your theme and language preference is kept in your browser's local storage.

When you sign in to the online demo, two strictly necessary cookies are used:

  • spv_session — identifies your session. Not readable by JavaScript (httpOnly), sent only over HTTPS, valid for at most 8 hours.
  • spv_session_csrf — protects against cross-site request forgery, with the same lifetime.

Both are required for the service to work and serve no advertising or profiling purpose. They are deleted when you sign out.

5. Verilerin Paylaşımı5. Data Sharing

Kişisel verileriniz, yasal zorunluluklar dışında üçüncü şahıslarla paylaşılmaz. Verileriniz:

  • Satılmaz
  • Pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz
  • Yalnızca yasal yükümlülükler gereği yetkili kurumlara aktarılabilir
  • Demo kapsamında gönderdiğiniz ses dosyaları kendi altyapımızda işlenir; üçüncü taraf bir servise gönderilmez ve model eğitiminde kullanılmaz

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except as required by law. Your data:

  • Is not sold
  • Is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes
  • May only be transferred to authorized bodies as required by legal obligations
  • Audio you submit through the demo is processed on our own infrastructure; it is not sent to any third-party service and is not used for model training

6. Veri Saklama Süresi6. Data Retention Period

İletişim formu aracılığıyla toplanan veriler, ilgili talebin çözülmesinden itibaren en fazla 2 yıl süreyle saklanır. Teknik veriler (sunucu logları) en fazla 1 yıl süreyle saklanır. Çevrimiçi demo aracılığıyla gönderilen ses dosyaları, analiz tamamlandıktan sonra en fazla 48 saat saklanır ve bu sürenin sonunda otomatik olarak silinir. Dilerseniz bu süre dolmadan önce info@spiron.io adresine yazarak silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz.

Data collected via the contact form is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the resolution of the relevant request. Technical data (server logs) is retained for a maximum of 1 year. Audio files submitted through the online demo are retained for no longer than 48 hours after the analysis is completed, and are deleted automatically at the end of this period. You may also request earlier deletion by writing to info@spiron.io.
